We check all orders twice before they ship to you. If you do find your order has arrived incomplete, please contact us as soon as you can to report the missing items.

Yes, we can modify the destination address provided you notify us in time before dispatch.

Should the item already be in transit, if still in transit, there may be an option via the courier to change the destination address or choose a collection point as preferred.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of placing the order, Monday to Friday. Upon dispatch you will receive an automated message from the courier with full tracking details. Please check your spam before contacting us if this has not been received.

Hey, we can’t all be perfect and organised all the time, so yes we can help you so long as you give us time to pack and dispatch before our couriers pick up. 

So if you choose our fastest service, we can do this for orders placed before 11am. If you place your order later in the day we cannot guarantee same day shipping but it will go the next working day. 

We can offer next day delivery in the UK for mainland areas.

We can also offer next day delivery in France for mainland areas.

On the check out page, we offer you options for the fastest and the cheapest service so you can choose the one that you prefer.

For UK orders, we dispatch from the UK.

For EU orders, we dispatch from France, so no extra customs charges will be payable.

We can pretty much send anywhere in the world, so if you are not in the EU or UK, that’s fine, just email us before placing the order and we can let you know how much the customs taxes and duties may be payable on the items in your basket.

If you then want to proceed we can arrange this for you.

What you will pay for is a door to door service, so no hidden charges, wherever you want it sent.

You have 14 days to notify us and return any unworn, unwanted items ordered within the EEA. With the exception of earrings due to hygiene reasons, which we cannot accept back unless faulty. 

Please note, we do not refund postage unless the full order is returned. 

Please fill in the returns form online and send back to us asap. Once we receive it back we will refund back to your original payment method.

Sorry to hear your order did not come as expected. Please fill in the online form and we will advise you how to return the damaged items. 

You will be entitled to a full refund for any damaged or faulty goods, however we do not refund postage unless the full order is returned.
